Once the trademark search has been completed, and upon your request, we can assist you to file your U.S. Federal Trademark Application for a low fixed fee. Our fee is $675.00 per application and per Class - and this flat fee includes the U.S. Trademark Office filing fees, which can vary.** We also offer a variety of Payment Options.

** Depending on how the trademark application is actually filed, the USPTO filing fees can range from $275.00 to $375.00 per Class. In fact, most of the time the filing fee is $325.00 per Class. Regardless, your flat fee will remain $675.00. If the filing fee is more then we'll simply make less.
